Phase One at High Bank Bay will launch concurrently with infrastructure integration at Conch Sound Point – you can only imagine what our world-class marina will bring in terms of a remarkable atmosphere. High-end amenities here are being planned to fit an exclusive, family-style character with a vibe for activity and recreation.

Starting from around the marina, our guests will enjoy a plethora of water activities at the Troposphere Water Park and Beach Club, where a mile-long lazy river ride flows you through some much-needed rest and relaxation. For the more brave at heart, dramatic water slides will take your breath away.

Connecting you here by water is a wonderful series of naturally flowing canals, a romantic experience where gondolas float you back in time. You can find the Equestrian Center and other amenities such as the Signature Lawn & Raquet Club – either by gondola or by nature paths... no automobiles here either. Nature and hiking trails can take you to Conch Sound Point, Hole-In-The-Wall Lighthouse, or The Bahamian National Trust Forest Preserve.
